Buy a Bin Return and Refund Policy:

If a customer buys a Bin they may not return the Bin, and they will not be refunded. In the event their Bin has not been delivered to them, they may request a refund.

If a customer buys a Bin, and they are not a member of our Weekly Recycling Pickup, they will be refunded and no bin will be delivered to them.

Weekly Recycling Pickup And Commercial Recycling Service Refund Policy:

If a customer buys our Weekly Recycling Pickup Service or Commercial Recycling Plan, they may be refunded upon cancelation of their subscription only if they cancel before their first pickup day in that month.

Customers may not be refunded in the event of no pickup due to inclement weather.

Customers may not be refunded if their recycling is not picked up on the day of a holiday, and their recycling will be picked up on the next pickup day assuming there is not inclement weather or another holiday.

If a customer does not set out their recycling bin the day of their pickup, and their recycling is not picked up, they are not entitled to a refund.

Customers who purchase our services and live outside of Rolla’s city limits will be refunded.

Resurrect Recycling Referral Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Resurrect Recycling Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your participation in the Program, through which you may earn rewards by referring new customers to Resurrect Recycling.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Program is open to all existing customers of Resurrect Recycling who have an active account in good standing.

2.2 Referred individuals must be new customers who have never signed up for or used Resurrect Recycling services.

2.3 Employees of Resurrect Recycling and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

3. Referral Process
